Painting at the marina in Newport

After walking around Bellevue street in Newport, I eventually made my way to the marina.

I sat down to paint, but I quickly realized I had a problem. I soaked the paper too much accidentally. I wasn't patient enough to wait for it to dry and I painted over an over, causing bleeds and unrated mixing. Besides that I am still happy with the outcome and I definitely learned not to get ahead of myself with the squirrel mop.
