I have been missing from the blog for a bunch of reasons. I was busy with school work and plans for a second trip to Europe, and for a while my exhibition. I still haven't received the photos from my exhibition, but my photographer friend should have them ready for me soon. School is over and my paperwork for my trip is in order.
I decided to start posting again, or attempting to post as frequently as I was doing months ago. Expect more work and perhaps a larger variety of work. I mostly post watercolor landscapes, but I do much more than just that. A close fried of mine suggested I post some of the drawings, sketches, oil paintings and studies I do. I also keep a tumblr blog which is very different from this one, I post ink drawings and sketches, portraits, architectural drawings, and doodles. So if you have time please check it out.
This is a painting I did in my studio of the marina in Newport, Rhode Island. I did a plein-air sketch when I was there and I finally got to do a longer painting from it. I am very happy with the results and I hope I can keep painting like this.

I haven't painted in a while so I expect to be a little rusty, but I'll post some of my paintings even if they're rough. Thank you for reading and looking through my blog. I am excited to post more work and perhaps photos of buildings I like and places I visit. Stay tuned.
